Ten wells are in the Westbrook Field and one in the Iatan East Howard Field.
• Waterfloodable zone. Offsets a waterflood unit which also takes all produced water from the leases
• Two wells were never fracked that could increase production
• Several PUD locations
• Oil show behind pipe in San Andres Formation
