1 well lease with upside potential. Production history shows 1/2 bbl oil per day. We were told that if you clean sand out of well, it will produce 4 bbl per day. Previous owner never sold gas, but there is a tapped gas line 200 feet away.
We recently acquired this well with several others. Tubing anchor seems to be hung up. We are moving on to the other wells and will take salvage value for this one at $10,000.
