Lease consists of 160 acres HBP. One well currently producing 0.5 – 1 bopd and 10Mcfd – 18Mcfd. The pumping unit is quite new and the salvage value of the unit and tanks, compressor alone is worth quite more than selling price.
The wells are in the Ellenberger formation approximately 4000′. Other prolific uphole zones exist in these wells, specifically the Caddo formation if someone wished to produce it.
With minor acid job or small frack this producing well can do 6-8 bopd and 30 mcfd from the Ellenberger, alternatively the Caddo in this region has shown great production as well. If you opt out and didnt want to spend money on acid job and just do a chemical treatment down the backside you can expect it to increase by 1-2 barrels per day. The upside with this acquisition is also the other locations that can be brought back on-line, all they require is up-hole infrastructure.
